In September 2014 Bafco was engaged to provide a ten day welding course in Istanbul for six delegates from the industrial water team of the Rumaila Operating Organisation.
The course covered welding processes and procedures, consumables, weld repairs, imperfections and defects, welder testing and welding safety, with practical workshop training on butt and fillet welds for pipe and plate. Bafco was responsible for the venue, all course materials, the training manual, audio visual equipment and delegate logistics.
